We are seeking a motivated and experienced Regional Sales Director Northeast to join our team in this dynamic field-based role.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.
8-10 + years of medical device sales experience, at least 5 years of which are spine surgery.
Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically in the field.
Excellent communication, presentation and relationship building skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment.
Willingness to travel extensively within the Northeast and nationally for Society and company meetings (60-75%)

Responsibilities

Recruit, lead, coach and develop Distributor Sales partners across the Sales Region: Northeast.
Develop sales strategies and execute sales plans to drive regional sales performance with the objective to meet or exceed revenue, growth and profitability targets.
Have experience and proficiency supporting spine implants in the operating room and be willing to do so for icotec products.
Develop and execute regional business plans aligned with company strategy and product launch priorities.
Budget responsibility for Territory (planning, controlling, reporting).
Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders, surgeons, hospital administrators and health systems.
Analyze sales data, pipeline activity and market trends to inform decision making and resource allocation.
Represent the company as required, including attendance at important functions, industry events and public meetings; employee will be required for Company back-up on occasion to assist outside of the Territory.
Ensure service/quality reporting and training for Hospitals and distribution of Company goods.
Perform all other duties as reasonably may be directed by the VP Sales.
Collaborate with internal icotec Marketing, Education and Sales Team members to further develop and cultivate awareness of icotec and product offerings.
