Requirements
- Someone patient, dependable, and genuinely caring
- Strong communication skills to connect with clients and team members
- Ability to follow care plans and work collaboratively
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent is a plus
- Experience in caregiving is helpful but not required
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with everyday personal care like bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Help with walking, transfers, and mobility needs
- Prepare meals and encourage healthy eating and hydration
- Provide companionship and meaningful conversation
- Accompany clients to appointments or social activities
- Monitor health changes and communicate observations to the care team
- Keep accurate records of care provided and daily activities
