The Regional Sales Director will lead and drive sales strategies across the Midwest region, covering North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Missouri, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Wyoming, Wisconsin, Michigan and Minnesota. This role requires a strong presence in the region, with the ideal candidate residing in the Midwest and maintaining the flexibility to travel frequently to our branch locations. This role provides strategic direction and tactical support, focusing on sales process excellence, talent development, and performance alignment. The Regional Sales Director does not directly sell or earn commission but instead serves as a coach, enabler, and partner to sales leaders within the region.
