Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or related field or relevant experience.
  • May require work more than 40 hours a week in order to complete functions of position.
  • Consistent and reliable attendance is an essential function to this position.

Responsibilities

  • Assist regional sales teams increase premium and sales in assigned territory that is consistent with product and strategic goals, which includes: Prospecting, recruiting, developing, and strengthening relationships with distributors; and Making weekly appointments with current or potential sources of distribution.
  • Effectively assists in the management of the assigned territories, which includes: Working collaboratively with regional sales managers, regional wholesalers, and distributors to develop territory to meet sales goals; and Utilizing Hub Spot CRM and measurables for basic territory management and contact management reporting.
  • Follow a structured training process, which includes: Industry knowledge Life and Health License; CLU, LUTCF Assurity Products Brokerage and Worksite Distribution Personal Productivity Home Office Operations
  • Associate Is responsible for building and managing a territory.
