About The Position

Join SkyOne Federal Credit Union as a Region Sales and Operations Manager to enhance members' lives in Hawthorne, CA. This onsite role focuses on shaping innovative financial solutions and ensuring an effortless member experience. You will lead and optimize sales performance and operational excellence across branch locations and the California Call Center (MCC/DMX), ensuring consistent execution of operational standards, regulatory compliance, and effective sales strategies across all delivery channels, including branches, phone, and digital platforms. This leadership position aims to unify branch and call center operations by aligning people, processes, and performance expectations. You will be instrumental in developing high-performing teams, driving the SOAR Sales and Service Model, and guaranteeing that members receive a seamless, high-quality experience. Your leadership will help fulfill the vision of improving lives through convenient, member-focused solutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of leadership experience in a financial institution
  • Experience managing branch operations, call center sales, or both
  • Must be able to work out of the Hawthorne, CA location at least 3 days per week
  • Proven track record of leading teams to meet or exceed sales and service goals
  • Strong knowledge of financial products, services, and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent coaching, mentoring, and performance management skills
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making abilities
  • High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations
  • Ability to exercise discretion and sound judgment
  • Superior level of member service, be a positive role model for staff, and demonstrate a high level of commitment to the organization
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Copilot, and sales/performance tracking tools
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead and optimize sales performance and operational excellence across branch locations and the California Call Center (MCC/DMX)
  • Ensure consistent execution of operational standards, regulatory compliance, and effective sales strategies across all delivery channels (branches, phone, and digital platforms)
  • Unify branch and call center operations by aligning people, processes, and performance expectations
  • Develop high-performing teams

  • Oversee daily branch operations
  • Manage staffing and scheduling
  • Ensure adherence to cash controls and transaction accuracy
  • Analyze operational and performance reports to identify trends and improvement opportunities
  • Execute strategic sales to achieve goals related to deposit growth, loan production, and product penetration across branches and the call center
  • Ensure seamless operations within the credit union's policies by understanding compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Nurture high-performing teams through coaching and development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners, such as Marketing and Risk, to align initiatives and drive overall success
  • Facilitate the sharing of performance results and strategic objectives with senior leadership
