About The Position

The essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Maintain, update, and complete all required documentation, tracking, and utilization in the Zoho CRM platform on a daily/weekly/monthly basis. Cultivate lasting relationships with new and existing customers to grow customer loyalty and generate new business opportunities. Develop and promote weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives in a report to the Chief Strategy Officer. Participate in weekly operations meetings to ensure any employer issues or concerns are addressed and can be efficiently communicated back to employer clients with resolution steps. Draft detailed and accurate sales reports as needed. Assesses costs, market competition, supply, and demand to identify selling prices and targets. Estimate sales volume and profit for current and new services based on existing and potential new business as needed Collaborate with the operations team to implement and onboard all new employees. E Ensuring any applicable custom protocols are built into the medical record and reviewed with operations management before launch.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or associate's degree preferred.
  • At least one year of experience in a sales role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to speak with all levels of employees, vendors, etc.
  • Great Time Management, organizational, and prioritization abilities.
  • Attention to detail, efficient problem-solving skills, and highly self-motivated.
