The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $ 94,000 to $110,000 an hour at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field is helpful.
  • Must be willing to travel within the region to multiple customer sites
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in management (manager level).
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience with at least 3 years of customer service experience (supervisor level).
  • Technical knowledge and maintenance operations are required
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills for managing internal/external customers and technical personnel.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Maintenance Operations: Manage maintenance activities across various properties, ensuring that all facilities are well-maintained and aligned with safety regulations.
  • Budget Management : Develop and lead regional budgets, ensuring that maintenance costs are controlled, so they correspond to financial targets.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train maintenance staff, encouraging a collaborative environment and improving team capabilities through effective mentoring and developmen t.
  • Preventative Maintenance Programs: Establish and supervise preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment and facilities.
  • Vendor Management: Select and manage relationships with maintenance-related vendors and contractors, ensuring quality service delivery.
  • Customer Site Inspections: Conduct routine inspections and client meetings on properties to identify maintenance issues and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, prepare progress reports, and document maintenance logs.
