Requirements
- Current active RD License
Responsibilities
- Coordinate nutritional care of residents by completing nutritional assessments, developing and implementing care plans and documenting dietary information about residents
- Provide guidance and collaborates with the Food Service Director in the provision of food and nutrition services
- Take a lead role in their assigned skilled nursing facilities and work closely with the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) to evaluate and ensure that all residents have the best possible nutrition interventions
- Collaborate with our team of several Registered Dieticians within the company to foster career growth and development
