About The Position

At Home Care Providers (HCP), our mission is simple — put our patients first. We’re committed to helping patients maintain their independence and dignity with around-the-clock, high-quality care. We’re looking for a motivated Recruiter to join our growing team! This role is key to building our exceptional staff — from RNs, PTs, and OTs to marketers, office administrators, and management across our 10 locations nationwide.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 2 years in a similar recruiting role
• At least 1 year using Indeed and other recruiting tools
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (3+ years)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proven track record of reliability and good tenure
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates using Indeed and other recruiting platforms
• Reach out proactively to new and existing candidates
• Draft offer letters and maintain organized digital files
• Schedule and conduct interviews
• Support the onboarding process for new hires
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure staffing needs are met
• Assist with administrative and marketing efforts, including newsletters and recruitment campaigns
