We help clients and families in our centers, in homes, and in the community. Our company began with one person trying to get help for two young family members with autism. Now our goal is to make long waitlists for ABA therapy and autism diagnosis a thing of the past. For career-minded RBTs who wish to pursue advancement, we offer opportunities to: Advance your RBT career to positions like RBT Manager, BCBA, and other corporate or clinic positions Apply for our full scholarship at Temple University for Master’s in ABA Join our BCBA Apprentice Program (after 90 days of full-time work) Position Summary & Purpose The Regional Training Coordinator is responsible for leading regularly scheduled onboard training for all staff and acting as the primary support for newly hired staff training to sit for their Registered Behavior Technician exam. Under the supervision of a Regional Master Trainer, the Regional Training Coordinator will train the 40-hour RBT training course and assist in the RBT competency assessment. Additional responsibilities include updating training content, monitoring training content, and developing supplementary training materials. The principal functions of the position identified shall not be considered as a complete description of all the work requirements and expectations that may be inherent in the position. Requirements

  • The Regional Training Coordinator requires a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in education, psychology, behavior analysis, or a related field, along with the following:
  • Active RBT or BCBA certification in good standing
  • At least two years’ experience as an RBT or above
  • At least 2 years in a role providing competency-based training
  • Exemplary interpersonal skills. Must be able to work collaboratively and positively with a variety of clinical staff
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage time effectively
  • Positive, solution-based collaboration with the team
  • Must sign a non-disclosure/confidentiality agreement
  • Must maintain clean background screening, drug screening, and driving record

Responsibilities

  • Implementing RBT Training Program & Orientation, including 40-hour coursework and orientation to ABA Centers of America
  • Supporting RBTs throughout the entire onboarding, training, and orientation process
  • Providing RBTs with group and individual study support to pass the RBT exam and maintain an organizational pass rate of at least 90%
  • Monitoring best-practice standards, needs of the organization, and current research to ensure RBT Onboarding & Orientation remains first in class
  • Attending and presenting at national conferences
  • Conducting Safety Care training
  • Collaborating with Human Resources, IT, and Operations
  • Incorporating clinical standards that will improve client and staff performance
  • Overseeing Precepting Program (specifically evaluating preceptors and reporting data)
