Overview Reports to: Chief Medical Officer Status: Full-time, Exempt Direct Patient Care: Approximately 70% Travel: Up to 25% Base Salary Range -Master's Level: $110,000 - $125,000+ Bonus -PhD Level: $140,000 - $155,000+ Bonus Why Mindpath Health? Flexibility is a core component of our hybrid approach of treating patients in-person as well as via telemedicine Feel of having your own practice, but without the overhead & management of one Mindpath Health provides Front Office, Patient Scheduling, and Billing Support We specialize in connected care through in-person or telemedicine visits with a psychiatrist, advanced psychiatric practitioner, or therapist We welcome our patients with respect and engage with referring providers, insurers, and partners in a spirit of positivity, collaboration, and accountability The Importance of You – As the Regional Psychotherapy Director, you will be responsible for promoting the professional, clinical, and ethical values and standards to which all Mindpath Health clinicians are expected to adhere. You will provide consultation, leadership, and oversight for all clinical and administrative aspects of outpatient psychotherapy services in the region.

Requirements

  • Must be Fully Licensed Therapist or Psychologist within the State of California
  • Advanced degree in mental health with 5+ years of experience
  • Ability to split time between clinical and administrative duties – 70% Clinical/30% Admin
  • Ability to travel 25% within region or state

Responsibilities

  • Maintain high health care standards and accountability
  • Facilitate clinician meetings and develop retention plans
  • Monitor and improve clinician engagement
  • Clinical teaching and mentoring of clinicians when needed
  • Use KPIs to measure and track clinical performance and accountability
  • Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure excellent administrative support for your region
  • Conduct regular chart reviews
  • Monitor care for general compliance with P&Ps of Mindpath Health and regulatory/licensing requirements
  • Collaborate with Chief Medical Officer on strategic clinical initiatives
  • Experience supervising clinicians and other clinical staff, with demonstrated record of success in an outpatient or private practice psychiatric setting
  • Assist in the recruitment and selection process for new clinicians
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in clinical quality and develop action plans
  • Represent Mindpath Health at relevant events
