About The Position

The purpose of Regional Property Supervisor is to effectively oversee the day-to-day operations of the assigned properties, maximizing net operating income (NOI), develop marketing strategies, manage tenant relations, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. This role also involves long-term strategic planning and decision-making, identifying opportunities for growth, and implementing policies and procedures to improve overall performance. This role provides leadership to onsite teams, ensures compliance with company policies and regulations, and drives occupancy, revenue growth, and operational excellence.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Regional Supervisor in multifamily property management.
Strong financial acumen and operational leadership skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software (OneSite preferred).
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-forward.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and operational oversight for a portfolio of multifamily communities.
Lead, coach, and support Property Managers and onsite teams to achieve financial and operational goals.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and expense management to ensure properties meet or exceed performance targets.
Analyze market trends and implement effective pricing, leasing, and revenue strategies to drive occupancy and income.
Monitor leasing performance, renewals, and resident retention initiatives.
Promote high resident satisfaction and ensure timely resolution of escalated issues.
Conduct regular property inspections to ensure strong curb appeal, asset preservation, and maintenance standards.
Partner on capital improvements and major projects to protect and enhance property value.
Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, OSHA, and company policies and procedures.
Review and approve vendor contracts and oversee vendor performance to ensure quality service delivery.
