About The Position

A prominent commercial real estate company seeks an experienced commercial property manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a regional medical office portfolio throughout several states. The property manager will be responsible for all aspects of property operations, including tenant relations, vendor management, maintenance supervision, construction oversight, reporting, AP/AR, and budgeting. The position is based in Middletown, NJ, with travel to properties, locally and out of state, as needed.

Requirements

  • bachelor's degree
  • at least 5 years of property management experience with commercial office, medical, or retail properties
  • strong administrative, organizational, supervisory, and problem-solving skills
  • team player with the proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities
  • acute attention to detail
  • ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously, often meeting strict deadlines
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • courteous, customer-service-oriented manner
  • Microsoft Office proficiency is required, with a strong focus on Excel
