About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Property Manager to lead our growing multifamily portfolio in Savannah, Georgia. You'll manage approximately 1,500 units across Class AA, A, and B properties, driving operational excellence, financial performance, and resident satisfaction across the region.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of progressive Regional Property Manager experience in multifamily real estate
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale, multi-property portfolios
  • Strong financial acumen with demonstrated ability to manage budgets, P&Ls, and revenue optimization
  • Excellent operational and process management skills
  • Demonstrated expertise in marketing, leasing, and occupancy management
  • Exceptional personnel management and team leadership capabilities
  • Professional demeanor with strong executive communication and presentation skills
  • Bachelor's degree or CPM (Certified Property Manager) certification preferred
  • Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations and strategic direction of a 1,500-unit multifamily portfolio across multiple property classes
  • Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies to maximize revenue and minimize expenses while maintaining profitability targets
  • Lead and mentor on-site property management teams to ensure consistent service delivery and operational excellence
  • Implement and monitor marketing initiatives to drive occupancy rates and achieve leasing goals
  • Maintain exceptional customer service standards and resident satisfaction across all properties
  • Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company standards
  • Manage personnel recruitment, training, development, and performance management
  • Prepare and present detailed financial reports, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, contractors, and community stakeholders
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and resident experience
