Based in our Warren, NJ office, the Regional Project Manager role leads the successful execution of regional projects by partnering closely with customers, sales, engineering, and field teams. You will play a key role in delivering high‑quality solutions, driving strong customer experiences, and ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and with integrity from kickoff through completion. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Lead and support engineers executing regional projects, providing project management and technical guidance aligned with customer requirements and business objectives. Serve as the primary point of accountability for all phases of assigned projects, including kickoff meetings, scope alignment, bill of material and network design coordination, documentation management, and support of financial forecasting activities with internal teams and customers. Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to address technical, contractual, and warranty ‑ related issues while balancing customer satisfaction, quality, and financial outcomes. Plan, coordinate, and adjust project startup schedules in partnership with engineering teams and customers, navigating changing priorities, overlapping timelines, and resource demands across multiple projects. Partner with regional Aftermarket Sales teams to identify potential project opportunities, define scopes of work, and support the development of regional project solutions. Promote a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle. Who You Are: You serve as a strategic partner to build, grow, and maintain profitable and long-lasting relationships with key accounts. You take a proactive approach to shape and influence stakeholder expectations, and you anticipate conflicts before they happen, based on knowledge of interpersonal and group dynamics. For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar STEM degree. Demonstrated experience managing or supporting projects involving custom engineered systems, services, or industrial solutions. Minimum 5 years' related experience in field service, project management or project engineering. Demonstrated history of progressively responsible engineering or leadership roles in an industrial services company. Willing and able to travel up to 30%. Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future. The salary range for this role is $90- 128,000 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
