About The Position

We are seeking a Regional Program Manager (RPM) to oversee clinical operations and services at our Fargo location. In this role, you'll provide leadership, supervision, and operational oversight to ensure excellence in care delivery, staff development, and program success. The RPM is responsible for managing staffing, supporting financial performance, ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory standards, and facilitating program development. You will oversee quality assurance programs, lead site-level initiatives, and collaborate with other departments to implement organizational strategies.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in a human services field.
  • Licensed in the state as LCSW, LICSW, LMFT, LPC, or LPCC.
  • 5-7 years of clinical experience, including staff supervision.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Self-directed, adaptable, and motivated to create a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities
