The Regional President is responsible for the overall performance of the region, encompassing client service quality, balance sheet quality, profitability, growth, and risk management. This role serves as the Chief Integrator for all banking functions within the region, including Commercial, Consumer, Wealth, and other lines of business, to ensure a consistent client experience at Truist. As the executive-level representative of Truist, the Regional President responds to regional, market, and community requests and issues, partnering with Corporate Communications as needed. The Regional President II specifically oversees the largest regions, some spanning entire states, within Commercial Banking. These regions feature multiple growth markets with tailored go-to-market strategies aimed at increasing market share. This position involves managing Sales Leaders who, in turn, lead Bankers across various segments such as Commercial, Middle Market, Not-for-Profit, and Government, with client revenue generation concentrations up to $500MM.
