The regional outreach liaison will be the principal ambassador for the company, addressing external audiences, engaging with industry influencers and attending public events to share the company’s vision, value proposition and our plans to achieve our mission.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in physician relationship management (pharma/med device sales, liaison, etc.), community relations, partnership development or related fields
• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and an ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage sensitive or controversial subjects with tact, kindness, and professionalism
• Proficiency with work productivity software or similar writing and presentation software preferred
• Strong professional presence and business acumen along with ability to work autonomously
• Excellent time management skills and initiative to meet deadlines
• Excellent skills in typical office applications, such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Frequent daily travel will be required. Valid Driver’s License required
• Must live in Milwaukee or Chicago area due to the travel in those markets

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to drive new patient referrals and expand ADVENT's footprint within the local medical community
• Organize and attend community outreach programs and coordinate special events
• Draft and distribute communications that promote the company as well as individuals and groups within it
• Respond to inquiries from community members
• Build and promote cross-functional relationships within the company. Work with Clinic Physicians to build local outreach professional connections
• Help support public publicity events and PR opportunities
• Manage local social media content and virtual groups to enhance the company’s online profile
