Regional Personnel Managers are responsible from overseeing the employee experience for AquaTech's frontline employees from application through off-boarding. Responsibilities: AquaTech is a seasonal pool management group providing full-service for neighborhood & community pools, as well as private associations and country clubs. Given the seasonal nature of the business, the Regional Personnel Manager's responsibilities will differ depending on the time of year. January-April: Assist with recruitment and hiring efforts for lifeguards, pool attendants and pool managers as required within region of responsibility. Execute onboarding procedures and maintain employee files using the ADP Workforce Now system as well as Monday.com [//Monday.com] for tracking and additional communication purposes with prospective candidates. Ensure candidates are registered for required certification courses in a timely manner based on position hired for. Identify and communicate staffing needs with Director of HR & Regional Operations Directors. May-September Communicate mandatory preseason onsite training dates and times to all employees in assigned region. Assign training standard test based on position in ADP Workforce Now for employee to complete. Review weekly schedule submissions to ensure labor laws are being followed, shifts are filled, and schedules are completed on time. If backup coverage is needed at a facility, communicate with pool manager and Regional Account Manager regarding additional support. Review incident and accident reports as they are submitted ensuring proper attention is given to time sensitive reports. Provide support and guidance to Pool Managers and Regional Account Managers regarding employee complaints and/or corrective action reports. Ensure timely distribution and completion of employees end of season evaluations. distribute and review employee satisfaction survey so we are ever growing and improving. September-December Review end of season evals to compile list of employees eligible for rehire. Meet with Regional Account Managers to discuss their leadership team for the following season. Update automations/workflows in Monday.com [//Monday.com] Review schedule templates for the following year. Review and update leadership assessment prior to distribution
