Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 5 years related experience required.
Nice To Haves
- Master's degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manages insurance business development activities for property and casualty, employee benefits, bond or professional relationships with responsibility for achieving sales, retention and budget goals.
- Develops sales strategy, goals and objectives, in coordination with executive management, and approves sales goals and polices that will ensure revenue and profitability goals for assigned area are met.
- Manages assigned staff (producers, consultants), establishing individual goals and evaluating results.
- Develops sales plans and budgets for achieving goals.
