About the Role: As a Regional People Advisor, you will support HR initiatives across the Americas region, offering guidance on local employment laws, compliance, and HR best practices. You will contribute to talent engagement, development, and retention efforts, helping to build a strong, diverse workforce in line with business needs. In this role, you'll provide advice to People Leaders and employees, spanning across all business lines, on a range of HR matters, including performance management, employee relations, and adherence to local employment regulations.
