Location: This position will travel regionally across our Texas markets, including Houston, The Woodlands, Dallas, and Fort Worth. Sono Bello is seeking a dynamic Traveling Patient Care Consultant (PCC) passionate about aesthetics and patient care. As a PCC, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding patients through their transformation journeys-conducting in-person consultations, educating them on procedures, and helping them choose the right treatments to meet their goals. This role requires a confident, emotionally intelligent professional with a strong background in sales and a desire to make a difference in people's lives. You must be highly motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of closing in a face-to-face consultative environment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven sales success in a high-energy, fast-paced environment. Experience in one-on-one consultative sales, especially in aesthetics (cosmetic surgery, skincare, laser treatments, hair restoration, etc.), is highly valued.
  • Ability to quickly build rapport, assess patient needs, and create a sense of urgency to inspire action.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships with patients, doctors, and team members.
  • Self-starter with a track record of accountability and KPI achievement.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Composed under pressure, with high integrity and a strong work ethic.
  • Positive attitude and a genuine passion for what we do.
  • Required to work the last three business days of the month, per our time off guidelines.
  • This is a national traveling role, requiring visits to Sono Bello centers across the U.S., approximately 83% of the time. The typical travel schedule follows a 4 weeks on, 1 week off cadence, though this may vary based on business needs. Candidates must reside within 30 miles of a major airport in the Western or Midwestern U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with new and returning patients to understand their goals and align them with the appropriate treatment plan, partnering with the surgical team (Doctor) as the next step in their transformation journey.
  • Educate patients on Sono Bello's unique approach, procedure options, the consultation-to-treatment process, and available financing/payment solutions.
  • Ensure timely follow-up with patients and the clinical team for a seamless pre- and post-procedure experience.
  • Build and manage a healthy patient pipeline, consistently following up with prospects.
  • Demonstrate leadership at each center by keeping the team energized, informed, and focused on providing exceptional patient experiences.
