About The Position

As a Regional Partnership Manager, you will lead strategic sales efforts across your assigned territory, driving revenue growth and expanding opportunities for learners through Riverside’s clinical solutions. By building strong relationships with key partners and executing strategic sales plans, you will help educators unlock the potential in every student. This role combines business development, consultative selling, and territory management to deliver impactful results. Applicants must reside in one of the following states: South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Mississippi, Louisiana or Alabama. You will join a collaborative, mission-driven team committed to empowering educators and supporting learners nationwide.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in School Psychology or Special Education.
  • 3+ years of outside sales experience.
  • Proven track record of success in prospecting, discovery meetings, objection handling, negotiation, and closing.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to synthesize technical information effectively.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with clear, directed communication and the ability to instill trust.
  • Strategic thinking and critical analysis capabilities to evaluate trends and drive decision-making.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as HubSpot to analyze and manage sales data.
  • Commitment to staying updated on industry trends and contributing to team growth.
  • Must be based in SC, GA, FL, MS, LA, or AL
  • 50%+ travel
  • May require extended periods of stationary work (sitting or standing)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in educational technology or clinical assessment sales.
  • Familiarity with K–12 education market dynamics and funding structures.
  • Advanced certifications in sales methodologies or territory management.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business growth by securing new logos, expanding existing partnerships, and cross-selling innovative solutions to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Riverside’s clinical products and strategic offerings to ensure customer satisfaction and expertise in product presentations.
  • Create and execute a territory plan aligned with departmental objectives, monitoring progress and adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Leverage CRM tools such as HubSpot to maintain accurate pipeline data and improve forecasting accuracy.
  • Build thought leadership by staying informed about industry trends and sharing insights to inform product and sales strategies.
  • Advance your skills in business development, strategic selling, and territory management through continuous education and professional development.
