About The Position

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Regional Partner Enablement Manager (North America) in the United States. This role is a key driver of partner success across North America, responsible for designing, delivering, and scaling enablement programs that empower partners to sell, implement, and expand the platform effectively. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Presales, Delivery, and Global Partner Enablement teams to translate complex product and solution knowledge into actionable training, certifications, and resources. Success in this position requires a strategic mindset, strong program management skills, and the ability to align stakeholders across multiple functions while delivering hands-on support. You will lead onboarding journeys, regional enablement initiatives, and product release communications, ensuring partners are confident, capable, and ready to impact revenue growth. This role offers high visibility and influence in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in partner enablement, sales enablement, channel management, or related roles.
  • Experience in a high-growth SaaS environment, preferably Enterprise B2B.
  • Strong program management skills with the ability to execute multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to design, deliver (virtual and in-person), and measure training programs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with LMS/CMS platforms (e.g., Skilljar, Letter.AI, Notion, Consensus, Articulate), certification programs, and structured onboarding frameworks.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of FP&A, EPM, or planning software is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and deliver partner enablement programs for sales, presales, and delivery teams across North America.
  • Design and manage onboarding programs for new partners, with structured milestones, success metrics, and certification pathways.
  • Support regional product release and GTM enablement, ensuring partners understand product positioning, value, and implementation requirements.
  • Coordinate enablement logistics, scheduling, delivery cadence, and participation tracking across the region.
  • Collaborate with internal SMEs to create scalable, regionally relevant content including workshops, webinars, LMS-based courses, field guides, and sales collateral.
  • Identify enablement gaps and continuously improve training programs, processes, and resources.
  • Contribute to global enablement initiatives and special projects, adapting them to regional needs and priorities.
