About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Regional Operations Manager to oversee janitorial operations across multiple states. This leadership role will provide centralized oversight and support across the region. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in managing janitorial and EVS teams, a strong commitment to service excellence, and the ability to travel frequently. This is a high-impact role with significant responsibility for client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and staff development.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in janitorial or Environmental Services operations, with multi-site or regional responsibility preferred.
  • Prior leadership experience in managing dispersed teams within healthcare, retail, or commercial facility settings.
  • In-depth knowledge of janitorial industry standards, cleaning techniques, and safety regulations (OSHA, infection control, etc.).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused mindset.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 60% across Colorado, Utah, and Kansas.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations across multiple client sites ensuring high standards of service delivery and compliance.
  • Lead, train, and manage a geographically distributed team, including site managers and frontline staff.
  • Conduct regular site visits (travel required up to 60%) to ensure service quality, client satisfaction, and team support.
  • Implement and monitor operational procedures, safety practices, and performance standards across all sites.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts, maintaining strong relationships and resolving issues promptly.
  • Coordinate staffing needs, hiring, onboarding, and workforce planning in collaboration with local managers.
  • Prepare and analyze performance data, budgets, and operational reports for executive leadership.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, quality, and cost control.
