We are seeking a Regional Operations Manager for our East Coast Region to join our team and play a key role in shaping our continued growth across one of our most exciting North American markets. As a Regional Operations Manager, you will serve as the critical link between internal functions and the network of operators who deliver our service on the ground. You will take direct ownership of operator relationships, quality performance, and safety compliance in one of our key strategic markets. Your work will have a direct impact on the organization by driving operational excellence and enabling the continued growth of the North American network. This role involves owning the quality performance of the operator portfolio across the East Coast, fostering strong and collaborative partnerships, and serving as the key interface between operators and internal teams, providing hands-on support across operational and product matters. The manager will also independently develop analyses and presentations based on quality performance indicators, connecting insights with Business Development and Network Planning, and actively lead projects in operations management, coordinating cross-functional teams. Additionally, the role ensures operators align with processes and standards, providing guidance and support to uphold local safety and ADA compliance, and empowers operators to engage with FlixUni content and maintain oversight of ADA driver training compliance.
