About The Position
The Regional Operations Manager will be a key leader in overseeing and optimizing operations related to CDL training programs, managing profit and loss (P&L) for their specified business segment, and fostering staff development. This role requires expertise in CDL program administration, regulatory compliance, financial oversight, and a strong commitment to developing a high-performing team.
Requirements
- MINIMUM 5 YEARS OF MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE.
- BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN LEADERSHIP, BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, OR OTHER RELATED FIELD.
- WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF FMCSA REGULATIONS.
- MULTI-SITE OVERSIGHT EXPERIENCE.
- TRACK RECORD OF GROWING LEADERS AND INDEPENDENT THINKERS.
- ABILITY TO DRIVE RESULTS IN A MATRIX ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE.
- ABILITY TO TRANSLATE COMPLEX REGULATORY DETAILS INTO COMPLIANT AND PRACTICAL PROGRAMS.
- DEMONSTRATED ABILITY TO ESTABLISH AND EXECUTE A DETAILED OPERATING PLAN ON SCHEDULE AND WITHIN BUDGET.
- ABILITY TO EFFECTIVELY COMMUNICATE WITH CUSTOMERS, EXECUTIVES, PEERS, AND SUBORDINATES.
- EFFECTIVE AND IMPACTFUL LEADERSHIP SKILLS.
