Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in a senior operational management role, preferably at a regional or multi-location level.

Implement best practices and standardized processes.
Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
Enhance operational effectiveness.
Resource Management - Optimize resource allocation across multiple locations.
Work closely with HR to assess staffing needs, recruit top talent, and develop teams.
Ensure cost-effectiveness and productivity.
Quality Assurance - Implement and monitor quality assurance programs.
Address and resolve operational issues promptly.
Maintain high service standards.
Ensure customer satisfaction.
Communication and Collaboration - Act as a liaison between regional operations and executive leadership.
Foster effective communication and collaboration between different departments and teams within the region.
Budget Management - Develop and manage budgets for regional operations.
