The Western Great Lakes regional office is seeking to hire a part-time Regional Office Assistant, to work closely with the Regional Director and Regional Administrator, to provide support in the following areas related to HR and external communications— Help manage the “pool” of regional staff candidates Facilitate the regional interview processes Prepare areas for new hires (on-boarding) Prepare new staff (on-boarding) Facilitate individual on-boarding review Manage regional evaluation timeline for full-time staff Conduct exit interviews for departing staff Maintain our regional website and blog Manage regional social media accounts Send out monthly regional prayer updates via email Write quarterly donor thank you notes Additional Information This part-time position is 10-15 scheduled hours per week Personal fundraising is expected for this position; Personal Donor Development Training provided Bi-weekly check-ins with Regional Director and Regional Admin for task prioritization and needs assessments Option to attend quarterly regional staff meetings (various locations) Regional Office Assistant Summary: This position assists the regional administrator position and provides regional administrative support.
