This position plays a critical role in shaping the success of our clinics by ensuring training excellence, operational consistency, and alignment with SynergenX standards. ⚠️ Role Expectations – Travel Required This is a high-travel position supporting multiple centers across your region. Travel will make up a significant portion of your schedule Includes overnight travel and multi-site support This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys supporting multiple teams.
Requirements
- Proven success in your current MA or CAM role

- Willingness and ability to travel extensively
Responsibilities
- Leading onboarding and training for new hires (MA & PSC roles)
- Supporting continued development of existing staff
- Ensuring all teams are trained to SynergenX standards and expectations
- Partnering with Regional Directors and Corporate Training
- Tracking training progress and identifying performance gaps
- Supporting clinics operationally when onsite
- Assisting in refining and improving training materials and processes
- Conducting competencies, retraining, and lab-related validations
