Within an assigned territory, you will play a crucial role in strengthening our financial performance through maximizing our revenue contributing to the overall success of our organization. Position Highlights Guide and support our nursing centers in navigating the complexities of Medicaid eligibility requirements, acting as the go-to resource for staff. Identify and overcome challenges in the Medicaid application process, collaborating with nursing center staff and state agencies to ensure timely approvals. Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to nursing center staff on all aspects of Medicaid eligibility, ensuring compliance and best practices. Analyze key metrics, track progress, and implement strategies to improve revenue cycle management and reduce bad debt.

Requirements

  • Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in nursing home bookkeeping.

  • Identify and overcome challenges in the Medicaid application process, collaborating with nursing center staff and state agencies to ensure timely approvals.
  • Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to nursing center staff on all aspects of Medicaid eligibility, ensuring compliance and best practices.
  • Analyze key metrics, track progress, and implement strategies to improve revenue cycle management and reduce bad debt.
