Requirements

Experience in dental marketing is required
Strong understanding of referral tracking and marketing performance metrics
Comfortable managing and speaking to budget performance and ROI
Creative thinker with a friendly, relationship-driven approach
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
High School diploma required

Nice To Haves

Orthodontic experience is highly preferred

Responsibilities

Drive referral growth strategies across assigned practices
Build and maintain relationships with referring offices and community partners
Oversee and manage a regional marketing budget
Track, analyze, and report on referral trends and marketing ROI
Create engaging marketing materials and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint
Collaborate with practice leaders to implement creative, local marketing initiatives
Represent Specialty Dental Brands within the dental community with energy and professionalism
Travel up to 30% to surrounding states to support practices and referral relationships
