NinjaOne is growing, and we’re looking for a dynamic Enterprise IT focused Regional Marketing Manager on the West Coast to help impact our pipeline goals! In this role, you will partner with sales, sales development, and the cross-functional marketing team to create impactful programs that fuel the pipeline, elevate thought leadership, and increase brand awareness. You’ll also play a key role in activating our partner marketing efforts Location - We are flexible on remote working from home, if you are located in the USA and reside in one of the following states - CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, KS, MA, ME, NC, NJ, NY, OR, TN, TX, VA & WA. Preference/Priority will be given to candidates based on the West Coast in CA, CO, OR, WA or those willing to relocate unassisted. What You’ll be Doing Develop and execute regional marketing plans that align with corporate strategy and sales objectives targeting internal IT and using our ICP & buyer personas. Collaborate with direct and channel sales teams to align on plan which will incorporate direct, face-to-face, virtual, and partner marketing activations. Examples include regional roadshow series, regional sponsorships and industry marketing initiatives from 1-to-few, 1-to-many activities. Own the end-to-end execution of programs including pre, during & post including promotions and lead flow and follow up with SDR team which includes Salesloft cadences, email follow up and regular updates on program effectiveness and continuous improvement. Strategically drive programs with top partners (resellers & tech alliances) to build and execute joint marketing plans that showcase our shared value proposition. Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent, clear, communications and calls to action for sellers to ensure all are informed and taking appropriate actions. Proactively own programs and communications with agencies, vendors, and technology partners, ensuring timely, high-quality execution of marketing programs. Attention to detail and being pro-active on program ownership and deliverables is required. On-budget execution with timely and accurate reconciliation with finance. Stay ahead of industry trends and bring innovative ideas to elevate NinjaOne’s regional marketing efforts. Be one of the main points of contact for all regional events, coordination and assessment. Identify opportunities to engage existing customers & NinjaOne thought leaders – like speaking engagements at events. Actively participating in all phases of marketing programs from research, design to coordination, communication and execution. Other duties as needed About You Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in SaaS/software marketing, with at least 2 years in a management role focusing on growth, demand generation, customer marketing, or executive programs. Deep understanding of the B2B buyer’s journey, with the ability to build scalable models for both enterprise and mid-market/SMB segments within SaaS. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies in fast-paced environments, driving measurable outcomes. Focused on growth—new logos, pipeline optimization, and revenue generation, with a strong emphasis on ROI and data-driven decisions. Working knowledge of tools like Salesforce & Tableau. Pardot, Salesloft, & Asana is a plus. Exceptional organizational and project management skills – taking initiative & not waiting for direction. Excellent pro-active communication skills and willingness to collaborate with a global team of marketeers. Creative problem-solving abilities, with a proactive, action-oriented approach to overcoming challenges and seizing opportunities. Ability to manage multiple projects and a variety of deadlines simultaneously. Thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments. You’re structured, proactive, and comfortable working with ambiguity.
