Dewberry is seeking a Regional Market Sector Leader- Transportation in their Lakeland, FL office to grow and strengthen their transportation design practice. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
• 20+ years of progressive experience managing FDOT or similar public agency projects
• Florida PE license required
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong project management background, preferably in Florida

Responsibilities

• Project management of Transportation design projects
• Regular interaction with and the development of strong working relationships with a variety of transportation clients
• Preparation of marketing materials and leadership of project pursuit teams
• Daily supervision of support staff and deliverables production
• Collaboration with other Project Managers and Transportation Discipline Leaders
• Management of project budgets, scopes, and schedules
