About The Position

Jabil is seeking a dynamic Regional Manager to lead Manufacturing Engineering across our U.S. and Canadian operations. This role drives excellence through capability and technology development, deployment, and collaboration across Jabil sites, customers, and suppliers. The position is on-site at any U.S. Jabil manufacturing facility and requires travel of up to 50% across U.S. sites based on business needs and projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 8+ years in manufacturing or engineering management, including 5+ years in capability deployment.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Strong communication, strategic thinking, and technical acumen.

Responsibilities

• Implement and communicate regional engineering strategies aligned with global goals.
• Standardize processes and drive performance through key metrics.
• Hire, mentor, and develop engineering talent.
• Build succession plans and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Lead innovation by researching, developing, and deploying advanced manufacturing technologies.
• Maintain a regional capability roadmap and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Partner with internal teams, customers, and suppliers to exchange knowledge and drive strategic projects.
• Optimize cost, streamline processes, and ensure project milestones deliver maximum value.
