As a Regional Manager based in a diverse territory, you’ll support rapid expansion across the region while honoring the deeply personal nature of this profession. You are strategic enough to zoom out and see the bigger picture, yet hands-on enough to dive in and make things happen. You take initiative, get your hands dirty when needed, and care deeply about doing meaningful work with craftsmanship. What you’ll do (and why you’ll love doing it!) Own and elevate your region. Build trusted relationships with enterprise partners, funeral home owners and staff, strengthen partnerships, and move production forward with clear accountability. Coach Advance Funeral Planners to higher performance. Ride along on appointments, refine sales strategy, and help AFPs grow their confidence, skills, and results. Turn insight into action. Analyze reporting, identify gaps, formalize strategic plans with owners and planners, then execute with discipline and follow-through. Adapt and lead across diverse communities. Code-switch naturally, connect with varied personalities, and navigate different market dynamics with confidence. Fuel long-term growth. Activate local lead generation, support recruiting efforts, and build a region that is sustainable, scalable, and built with craftsmanship. Requirements

  • Entrepreneurial, independent, and comfortable in ambiguity
  • Ability to analyze performance data and turn insights into action
  • Strong relationship management skills across varied business models
  • Comfortability with and interest in travelling for work

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent experience preferred
  • Current life insurance license, or ability to attain one preferred
  • 2-4+ years in a sales leadership or management role preferred
