The Regional Manager oversees the performance, staffing, and financial health of a small, well-defined group of communities (typically 4 or less, based on company needs and property complexity). This role is intentionally scoped below a Regional Property Director to ensure appropriate workload and support levels. The Regional Manager works proactively with support from the Regional Property Director to strengthen occupancy, financial performance, employee engagement, customer service, maintenance productivity, and compliance across all communities. This position partners closely with the Regional Property Director and supports the implementation of company initiatives, operational standards, and strategic goals. The Regional Manager is a full-time role and reports to the Regional Property Director.
