Award-winning MG Properties is searching for a Regional Manager to join our team and oversee our growing portfolio in Sacramento! We are looking for a leader to help guide, train, and develop of current staff while also being ready to take on future sites as we look to add to our portfolio! The Regional Manager will be responsible for the operation of all apartment communities in the Denver region. The Regional Manager will supervise and direct the day-to-day operations including, but not limited to monitoring property performance, income, and expense, supervising Property Managers, overseeing capital improvement projects, preparing, and reviewing monthly and quarterly reports, pricing, ensuring adherence to Fair Housing Practices and Landlord Tenant Laws, and maintaining Customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Five years’ experience property management experience required or two years' experience in a Regional Manager role.
Multi- family industry required.
Strong marketing, customer service, pricing and sales skills required.
Must have effective team building and employee development skills.
Candidate must be service- and solution-oriented and have a proven results-driven track record.
Must possess excellent financial and business acumen.
Knowledge of property management software platforms including (Yardi, RealPage)
Occasional travel outside of the Denver region may be required.
A valid Driver's license and proof of insurance is required.
