Your Opportunity: Regional Manager We're seeking a high-energy, strategic Regional Manager in Norman, OK, to lead our team and dealer growth efforts. This role will be in-office 50% of the time and travelling the region 50% of the time. The Regional Manager will oversee a team and cultivate strong dealer relationships while driving growth, performance, and operational excellence.

  • Team Leadership & Supervision Provide strong leadership to Account Managers, Vehicle Condition Inspectors and Operations Support Specialist within your region.
  • Train and develop a high-performing team committed to customer satisfaction and results.
  • Set clear goals and lead by example to inspire a culture of accountability, motivation, and excellence.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to align objectives, recognize achievements, and promote ongoing development.
  • Enforce company policies, manage performance, and handle disciplinary actions as needed.
  • Review regional reports to monitor team productivity and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Dealer Relationship Management & Growth Manage and optimize credit lines, helping dealers maximize their financing potential while mitigating risk.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with dealer partners through regular, in-person and virtual engagement.
  • Drive regional portfolio growth by identifying, acquiring, and onboarding high-potential dealers.
  • Resolve dealer concerns efficiently and professionally to maintain satisfaction and retention.
  • Educate dealers on best practices and performance behaviors that align with company expectations.
  • Strategic & Operational Excellence Use data and regional performance metrics to set strategic goals and prioritize opportunities.
  • Collaborate with your team to execute region-wide plans that deliver measurable business results.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Risk, Recovery, and other departments to ensure consistent support and operational success.
  • Maintain deep market knowledge to stay ahead of trends and identify ways to strengthen our competitive advantage.
  • Represent Floorplan Xpress at industry events, auctions, and networking functions with professionalism and purpose.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Experience in the automotive and/or finance industries
  • Proven success in a supervisory or regional leadership role
  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Financial literacy and comfort with credit tools and performance data
  • Self-motivated, results-driven approach to leadership and execution
  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license
  • Ability to travel up to 75%, including overnight travel
