Summary The Region Manager will oversee multiple areas and/or Region and Area Managers, focusing on strategy and regional results. This highly visible role manages field teams, works with program leaders, and builds local relationships to achieve targets. The Region Manager is responsible for product training, communication, planning, and relationship management. They provide client feedback and metrics, develop partnerships, seek new opportunities, and drive brand advocacy in their market. Additionally, they coordinate the field team’s efforts, support territory teams, meet reporting deadlines, and ensure compliance.
