Requirements

A bachelor's degree in business, human services, or a related field is required.
This project is funded under a contract with the Cabinet for Health and Family Services with state and federal funds.

Nice To Haves

Two years of supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage Employment Specialists and Career Readiness Trainers and assist with staff training.
Obtain and maintain full knowledge of Kentucky Transitional Assistance Program (KTAP), Kentucky Works Program (KWP), and Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Employment and Training (SNAP E&T) policies and procedures.
Ensure program documentation and records are completed accurately and timely.
Review and monitor schedules, reports, and other records prepared by staff to ensure compliance with KTAP, KWP, and SNAP E&T policies and procedures.
Market the benefits of KWP and develop community relationships with business leaders to actively promote the Wage Subsidy Program and Work Opportunity Tax Credits.
Travel is required.
