Position Summary: Oversee residential real-estate portfolio while managing the performance of property managers and site teams. Maintain and preserve assets via expenses control and revenue optimization. Adhere to policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years experience managing a multiple apartment community.
  • Lease up experience required
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a multi-changing work environment and priorities.
  • Strong Financial, contract negotiation & bidding skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Valid Florida drivers license and a satisfactory driving record.
  • Ability to recruit, train and build a dynamic team.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelors Degree preferred.
  • Affordable Housing experience preferred
  • Proficient in Onesite PMS a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the performance of multiple mixed income communities in lease up and stabilized.
  • Responsible for the success of lease ups and meeting occupancy goal and affordable qualification
  • Budget preparation and expense control.
  • Prepare monthly financial review of operating statements.
  • Provide direction, support and assistance to property managers with planning, work direction, addressing complaints and resolving issues.
  • Negotiate with vendors and/or contractors for service and cost savings.
  • Ensure compliance for property inspections.
  • Train property team on company policies, procedures and best practices.
  • Travel to property sites.
  • Other duties and/or project as assigned.
