Service Center CSCS FL Regional Operations Leader — Pensacola, Florida Lead. Grow. Influence. Build market impact. We are seeking a Regional Operations Leader to oversee production and administrative operations across multiple centers in the Pensacola, FL region — delivering world-class service, strong financial performance, and scalable growth. This is an opportunity to step into a high-visibility leadership role where you will shape strategy, develop leaders, strengthen client partnerships, and directly influence market expansion. What You’ll Do As a Regional Operations Leader, you will: Provide direction, coaching, and performance accountability for General Managers Establish operational excellence by ensuring standards, processes, and best practices are consistently executed Analyze performance trends using scorecards and data insights to drive continuous improvement Develop and execute action plans that enhance productivity, quality, and customer experience Build and maintain strong dealership, client, and community relationships Identify acquisition and expansion opportunities to support regional growth Lead integration and operational readiness for newly acquired locations Partner with Talent Acquisition to build strong pipelines and attract top industry talent Proactively mitigate risk and resolve operational or customer concerns What Makes You Successful ✔ Prior General Manager or multi-site leadership experience ✔ Strong operational, financial, and analytical mindset ✔ Proven ability to coach leaders and build high-performing teams ✔ Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills ✔ Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment ✔ Customer-first mentality with a passion for service excellence Why Pensacola, Florida? Requirements

  • 5+ Years of technical experience in collision repair or estimating
