Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of management experience in a multi-site environment.
  • Proven track record of driving operational improvements and achieving targets.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
  • Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations across multiple locations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve regional goals and objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate management teams to deliver exceptional service and performance.
  • Monitor financial performance, budgets, and resource allocation for optimal profitability.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess operations and provide support to local teams.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
