Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred.
5+ years of management experience in a multi-site environment.
Proven track record of driving operational improvements and achieving targets.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations across multiple locations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve regional goals and objectives.
Lead, mentor, and motivate management teams to deliver exceptional service and performance.
Monitor financial performance, budgets, and resource allocation for optimal profitability.
Conduct regular site visits to assess operations and provide support to local teams.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
