About The Position
Reputable engineering firm is hiring a Regional Manager for their Indiana team!
Requirements
- B.S. in Civil Engineering
- 12+ years of transportation projects working with INDOT and Indiana LPAs
- Supervisory experience
- Experience working with the City of Indianapolis preferred
- Successful applicants must be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship.

Nice To Haves
- Master’s degree preferred
- Experience working with the City of Indianapolis preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead/develop office in Indianapolis
- Supervise staff working on preliminary/design engineering services
- Work with local agencies and private clients in Indiana
- Assist with business development (prepare proposals/attend meetings)
- Mentor/train junior staff
