About The Position

At PSS Cross Country Infrastructure Solutions, every team member plays a critical role in delivering the products, equipment, and expertise that keep America’s infrastructure projects moving forward. As a Regional Manager you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day branch operations, driving revenue growth, maintaining operational excellence, and promoting a strong team culture across multiple branches within an assigned region. This role requires a strategic leader who ensures alignment with company goals and drives compliance, customer satisfaction, and employee development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5+ years of leadership experience in operations, logistics, distribution, or industrial services.
  • Proven success managing multi-site operations or regional teams.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze and act on financial data.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently within the region (up to 50%).
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
  • At least 21 years of age (per DOT/FMCSA requirements).
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening, where permitted by law.

  • Experience in industrial supply, energy, or related industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support multiple branch managers and operational teams across the region.
  • Drive financial performance through sales growth, cost control, and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including revenue, margin, customer service, safety, and labor metrics.
  • Ensure consistent execution of company policies, procedures, and safety programs.
  • Partner with HR on workforce planning, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and development of high-performing branch leaders.
  • Reinforce a customer-first culture focused on service excellence at all levels.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that align with company goals.
  • Build relationships with key customers and vendors to support long-term growth.
  • Participate in budget planning and monitor financial performance across locations.
  • Adaptable and willing to wear multiple hats as needed.
  • Willingness to learn and support all operational roles, including warehouse, receiving, inside sales, and branch management.
  • Frequent regional travel by car and/or air.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 50–75 lbs.
