About The Position

Icebox Cryotherapy Studios is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Manager to oversee four studio locations within an assigned territory. This full-time leadership role is responsible for driving revenue growth, operational excellence, and team development across all studios in the region. The Regional Manager will provide strategic leadership and daily oversight to Studio Managers, ensuring alignment with company goals, sales performance standards, and customer service excellence. This critical position requires a strong understanding of multi-unit membership sales, team development, and operational systems. The Regional Manager must exemplify Icebox’s customer service philosophy, champion a high-performance culture, and ensure every studio delivers an exceptional client experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience required, with multi-unit oversight preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of management experience, including direct supervision of leaders.
  • Proven success managing multiple locations or high-volume teams.
  • Strong understanding of membership-based sales models and operational excellence.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and team performance.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel between assigned studio locations regularly.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership, direction, and accountability to four Studio Managers and their teams.
  • Drive regional strategy to meet and exceed revenue and membership growth goals.
  • Lead by example by modeling Icebox’s culture, professionalism, and service standards.
  • Promote the health and wellness benefits associated with a healthy lifestyle across all studios.
  • Cultivate a high-energy, performance-driven culture through contests, incentives, and recognition programs.
  • Oversee and exceed assigned regional revenue and membership base goals.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics and implement action plans to drive growth.
  • Ensure consistent execution of membership sales processes across all locations.
  • Maximize revenue by ensuring teams effectively sell all services and retail offerings.
  • Maintain accurate sales reporting and forecasting for all studios.
  • Ensure all studios maintain brand standards, cleanliness, and operational excellence.
  • Conduct regular site visits and performance audits.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions.
  • Ensure consistent implementation of company policies and procedures.
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop Studio Managers.
  • Oversee performance management, including coaching, corrective action, and terminations when necessary.
  • Support Studio Managers in hiring, onboarding, and training Wellness Coordinators and Estheticians.
  • Build strong leadership pipelines and succession plans within the region.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment while holding leaders accountable for results.
  • Ensure all studios deliver exceptional and personalized client experiences.
  • Support community marketing initiatives and partnership development.
  • Strengthen client retention strategies across all locations.
