The company manages a combined portfolio of approximately 25 million square feet of office and industrial space and 42,000 apartment units. REGIONAL MANAGER - LOS ANGELES SRG is seeking an experienced property management professional to oversee one of our Los Angeles portfolios. This person will be directly responsible for the overall management, administration, operations and financial performance of assigned multi-family portfolio. They will also act as the company representative in all matters related to investor, owner, or owner representative reporting, meetings, discussions and relations.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience with high rise, lease-ups, and the Los Angeles market
• 5+ years managerial experience
• Proven leadership skills
• Strong financial background
• Must be able to travel 80% of the time
