Role Summary The Regional Manager leads the overall sales, service, operational, and financial performance of a multi-branch region. This role builds strong leaders, strengthens customer relationships, and drives consistent execution across all branches. It offers the opportunity to shape regional strategy, develop high-performing teams, and make a measurable impact on growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2+ years managing branch sales and operations.
  • 2+ years of progressive sales management experience in banking.
  • 2+ years in multi-branch leadership or senior-level banking leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Drive regional sales, service, operational, and financial performance by creating and executing clear strategies with Bank and Market Managers.
  • Coach and develop leaders through ongoing feedback, performance evaluations, and documented coaching to build a strong, promotable talent pipeline.
  • Manage recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and performance improvement processes for regional leadership roles in partnership with Human Resources.
  • Partner with internal business lines to deliver comprehensive financial solutions and participate in key account conversations and joint business calls.
  • Ensure compliance with bank policies, regulatory requirements, and risk controls through strong oversight and team accountability.
  • Communicate strategy, updates, and initiatives clearly across the region to drive alignment, engagement, and consistent execution.
  • Lead change adoption by modeling adaptability, setting expectations, and guiding teams through new processes and initiatives.
  • Represent the bank in community activities and encourage leaders and colleagues to engage in volunteerism and resource group initiatives.
