In this role, you’ll provide leadership and operational oversight for five of our northernmost branches, supporting teams and members across the Air Force Academy, Monument, Castle Rock, Parker, and Highlands Ranch communities. Requirements

  • Minimum 5-7 years of operational leadership experience within a financial institution or service-intensive environment.
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
  • Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to execute organizational strategy through operational excellence, process improvement, and change management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and direct day-to-day operations across an assigned region of branches, ensuring efficiency, service consistency, and operational alignment with AACU’s strategic goals.
  • Drive a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and member-first service across all operational staff.
  • Ensure all branch teams meet or exceed performance metrics to include branch efficiency and service, cross-sell and member engagement goals.
  • Lead internal and external audit readiness efforts; respond to findings and implement process corrections to maintain regulatory compliance.
  • Lead the onboarding and ramp‑up of new Branch Managers, ensuring they are fully trained on operational expectations, leadership standards, compliance requirements, and the Sales Experience Model.
  • Act as a strategic partner to Lending, Marketing, Compliance, Contact Center, Digital Services, and eCommerce to support product rollouts, promotions, and service delivery alignment.
